The fastest way to delete your account is to sign in to SOTAPOKER, open Profile, select Edit Profile, and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm your username before deletion is completed.
Enter the email address associated with your account. For privacy, we show the same response whether or not an account exists. If it does, we send a one-hour, single-use confirmation link to that address.
We delete your account and associated personal information, including profile information, virtual-chip balance, and poker history, subject to any information we must retain temporarily for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or backup purposes. SOTAPOKER virtual chips have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed.
